I help clients relate their thoughts, feelings, and actions and empower them to make positive choices to reach their highest potential. I work from a strengths-based perspective and encourage clients to play an active role in their own treatment. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy, pulling from various approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy.
