In a supportive therapeutic relationship, the client discerns patterns in her/his relationships. This insight promotes meaningful change. As a therapist, I find profound satisfaction in actively working, side by side, with clients to effect meaningful change in their lives.
In over fifteen years in the field, I have worked with individuals and couples, focusing on relationships, anxiety, finding meaning, depression, trauma, and anger, I also work with fellow clinicians, in supervision. I have recently added additional weekday hours.
