We are a local group mental health practice that provides individual therapy to adults, children/teens and couples through cognitive behavioral therapy (check out our website for info on CBT). We currently specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, the Gottman couples method, minority stress issues and parenting support. We will support you in developing the sense of peace that you deserve.
