My preference is using evidence based treatment methods that have high proven success rates such as Gottman for which I have the highest level training as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy & EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) the latter which is very fast. The first session, I get a detailed history & together we start developing your treatment plan based on your goals.
