Cody is passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths and lead fulfilling lives. With a background in clinical social work, he emphasizes connection, storytelling, and creativity. Cody blends systems theory, mindfulness, and various therapeutic modalities like ART, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, DBT, and attachment theory to help clients heal and reconnect with their authentic selves. I use a combination of talk and somatic based therapies to help individuals change the relationship to their thoughts, be present, reset their nervous system, and to find the solutions that exist inside of themselves. I aim to help clients find relief from their symptoms of single incident trauma, OCD, PTSD, and CPTSD using a blended trauma-focused approach.
