My training includes Levels 1 & 2 Gottman and a certification in Attachment Based Family Therapy. This allows me to create an evidence based space where you can restore connection, understanding, and sanity to the most important relationships in your life. I'm also trained in EMDR, which is designed to heal the effects of trauma for individuals and families.
