Many clients I support are navigating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, domestic violence, and sexual or other forms of trauma. Because every person’s story is unique, I use an individualized approach that honors each client’s specific needs. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered as they work to strengthen their sense of self-worth, with me there as a trusted sounding board along the way.

I specialize in trauma, gender identity exploration, the LGBTQ+ community, disordered eating, depression, grief, and anxiety, creating a safe and supportive space for healing.
