My approach is steady, practical, and focused on helping people regain regulation, clarity, and direction without blame or fluff.
My work is grounded, direct, and relationship-focused. We look at what’s driving the behavior, build emotional regulation, and make changes that actually hold up in real life. I don’t push insight or force breakthroughs — the goal is stability, accountability, and forward movement.
