Teen Girls Anxiety & Self Worth Group
This small, intimate group is for anxious high school girls who are ready to go from feeling down and bad about themselves to happy and confident in who they are, without hating the process. This group will help her feel confident, proud, and valuable - without having to be perfect. It focuses on helping her realize that being hard on herself isn't the answer to problems and to see her strengths, with peer support. She'll identify things that help her feel good so that her mood and relationships can improve. Enrollment ends October 23.

Young Women's Therapy Group (ages 18-25)
This small group is for young women who are ready to go from stressed and lost to confident in their life direction. Early adult life is tough...you're not a kid, but you may not feel ready for adulthood. You may have no idea about your life direction, feel way "behind," or have trouble making friends. If you were struggling already, this can cause extra anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress. This group is designed to help you be confident, feel good about yourself, and make life decisions best for you - on your time. Enrollment ends October 24.
