I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 11 years of experience providing therapy. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life who are navigating various challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, relationship strengthening, life transitions, suicidal ideation, life skills, financial skills building, and self-care concerns. I earned my Master's degree from New Mexico Highlands University.
Having experienced my own struggles with anxiety and depression, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including narrative and talk therapy, mindfulness and meditation, positive psychology, psychoeducation, and more.
My goal is to equip you with new skills and help you understand your mind in ways you never have before.
