About
I see couples, individuals, and families and specialize in couple's communication, conflict, and families living with addiction/codependency. Additionally, I work with individuals living with symptoms of unhappiness, worry, and grief. In therapy, I help my clients identify underlying patterns that cause distress and then use their strengths to create new experiences that facilitate growth, understanding, and fulfillment.
I use systems theory and mindfulness-based interventions to effectively relieve distress and improve communication. I have specialized training in helping families through the process of recovery from addiction/mental illness. I have 11 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals in inpatient and outpatient settings.
It is important to me to create a non-judgmental environment. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I am here to be helpful, and I am accepting to all people, couples, and families, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+. Morning, Afternoon and Evening appointments available. Ask me about Ketamine Therapy for trauma, depression, and anxiety.
