I offer a relaxed environment to help you along that journey; be that depression or anxiety, life changes, grief or loss, mood disorders, etc. I strive to make sure I understand your place within in your story and want to help you get to your next chapter.
I also offer group therapy through tabletop gaming. I have completed all trainings for the Game to Grow Method of Therapeutically Applied Role-Playing Games (TA-RPGs). TA-RPGs are interactive rule-based storytelling games that allow participants to work together to solve narrative obstacles within a group therapy format to target established goals.
