I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, or the lasting effects of trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can feel understood and supported. Together, we’ll work toward easing your struggles, building resilience, and creating a more hopeful and meaningful path forward.
I am trained in Behavioral Therapies, Coherence Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Ego State Therapy. I use these approaches to help clients process difficult emotions, thoughts, and unhelpful patterns, and reprocess painful memories. These methods allow clients to heal from trauma, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
