My main goal is to help someone wherever they are, without judgment, and get them to where they want to go. Sometimes we have trouble with what we have done, what has been done to us, or a combination of both which can be hard to overcome. I will listen and walk with you through whatever you are going through until we step out of the fog, and into a different future.
I work well with marriages or families where communication and interaction cycles are a little stressed, or completely broken down. It can be eye-opening to see how everyone affects each other in marriage, or family dynamics. I have experience counseling individuals with anxiety, anger, depression, ADHD, conduct, borderline, bipolar, or schizophrenic issues.
I love to give couples and families hope, and the tools they need so their relationship can change. Helping couples or families that need a little fine tuning, or a complete overhaul in a situation that feels like it is failing is something I am passionate about.
