I specialize in helping people with both substance use disorders and emotional/mental health challenges including trauma history. I am less interested in labels or diagnostic categories and more interested in the exploration of who you are as an individual.
Conversations with a focus on the spiritual aspect of life are also available. If you are feeling unsure, lost or hopeless about life in general, it may be time to talk with someone about your relationship to yourself, to life, and to the higher realm, whether you call that God or the divine or whatever.
