Not taking new clients at the moment. Reaching out for help is often the hardest part, so good for you for starting the process! It is my goal to understand you as a person first and foremost, which will help me understand how best to help you. I strive to build our therapeutic relationship on compassion, empathy, hard work, humor, and tend do a lot of laughing with my clients.
Over the years I have found immense enjoyment working with the LGBT community, as well as moms-to-be and new mothers. However, I also work with anxiety, depression, stress, parenting issues, and helping people to find meaning and purpose in their lives in general. I also see people online for those who can't make it into the office for various reasons.
Starting this process can be scary, but it only takes a few seconds to send that e-mail and get the ball rolling. I'm here when you're ready.
