As a psychosynthesis trained counselor, my work with clients emphasizes and supports a process of self discovery, healing and personal fulfillment. Psychosynthesis offers specific methods and tools to help a person overcome obstacles, attune to their own inner voice, and move towards a greater sense of purpose and meaning. Clients discover new possibilities for living, working and relating to the world from a healthier, more authentic sense of self.
I have been a senior trainer at Synthesis Northeast and the Synthesis Center for the past 15 years and currently maintain a private practice as a psychotherapist and nationally Board Certified Coach (BCC). My work is rooted in the deep belief that people are seeking greater wholeness, vitality and health, and my role is to support the unfolding of each person's life journey through presence, connection and compassionate guidance.
I offer free initial consultations to all prospective clients to make sure that my services and approach feel like a good match for you. Fees are on a sliding scale basis. My practice is geared towards individuals, couples, and teens.
