I am able to treat a variety of issues including : academic stress, young adult issues, addiction, anxiety, grief, life transitions, PTSD, relationship struggles, communication, sadness, depression, self harm, self esteem and trauma. I specialize in trauma and anxiety using the therapeutic method EMDR. Trauma responses include: increased anxiety, hyper-vigilance, anger, sadness, denial, and increased substance use. My philosophy is to provide a plan that is unique, individualized, and includes collaborative learning experiences.
