I work with adolescent girls (16 plus) and adult females. These women struggle with self worth and self esteem, may have body image issues, and often compare themselves to others. They have a history of negative relationship patterns with partners or friends or both. They turn to binge eating, shopping, using substances or other self harm to self soothe and comfort. My clients struggle to make themselves a priority and experiences symptoms with their mental health as a result of the above and are looking to improve their relationship with themselves which in turn reduce their symptoms and improve positive emotions and patterns.
