Life is a journey filled with moments of happiness, joy, sadness, and frustrations. Learning how to manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life's many surprises is a healthy step towards a more positive, relaxed, and happier way of life. I am inspired each day by the individuals who put their trust into the professional relationship that I hold with them. My practice in Manchester, NH focuses on work with adults with an approach that is compassionate and supportive. Reiki, Life Coaching, Yoga Nidra and mediation services are available by appointment.
Yoga Teacher Certification - 2014, Yoga Works. Master Reiki Certification - 2017 and Yoga Nidra Certification, The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Other Kripalu Trainings have included (but not limited to); Life Coaching, Intro to Buddhist Meditation, Freestlye Meditation, Falling In Love With Where You Are, Rise Sister Rise and Energy Medicine.
I have spent the past 16 years working in the mental health field, holding positions within the public schools and as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have since transitioned from the system of mental health into holistic services and am excited to share this approach with you, helping to you heal and live from your true sense of self!

Women's Share Circle via Zoom
The purpose of this group is to feel seen and heard, while also holding space for others to do the same. There is no opinions or advice giving. It is simply being heard when you speak and actively listen to others as they share. We learn how to be present for others so we can in turn, be present more deeply for ourselves. Each session everyone has the opportunity to decide if they would rather listen, speak, or both. The entire cost for the 10 weeks is $100. 1/23/22-4/3/22 (excluding Valentine's Day Weekend)
