We may feel stuck, detached from our emotions, or confused about who we authentically are. Exploring these parts with curiosity and compassion allows us to discover and achieve profound healing.
My integrative, trauma-informed, holistic approach, combines Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Body-centered psychotherapy, spiritual energy healing, and Mindfulness. We engage in a collaborative relationship with the goal of moving you into a more harmonic and balanced state. Believe it or not, you already hold the answers you seek.
