My treatment will guide you through a healing process that makes a difference. I use Natural Processing (somatically based EMDR) among other psycho-therapeutic approaches. Natural Processing is an effective intervention, focused on changing unconscious automatic nervous system responses. We will be working with a deep connection to your somatic/bodily experience while you are processing stressful memories. These results cannot be achieved through talk therapy alone. It allows us to shed problematic response patterns and lets functional and adaptive responses emerge. It is a powerful and lasting intervention.
Feeling alive without too much worry or regret comes with being authentic and fully present in the here and now. That is the goal.
