All individuals need support during some stage in life. This is an extremely challenging time! During this time many individuals are facing trauma, anxiety, issues with mood, grief/loss or terminal illness. Many families today have also been touched by illness, separation, divorce and parenting concerns. I feel privileged to share in their experiences and have an accepting, warm regard for the struggles that people endure along life's journey. Come in to learn strategies for healing and coping with some of these challenges or changing direction in life entirely.
I value working with a wide age range of individuals, in a culturally and spiritually diverse environment. I welcome those who have been through trauma, transition and other challenges with topics such as anxiety, depression, divorce, and communication. I am always expanding the spiritual aspect of my practice. I see ages and stages from 5-55.
As a professional, consultant and collaborator I have been a teacher, special education advocate, supervisor and clinician. I work with a wide range of individuals to find ways to express what they feel inside; to find a voice. Our own uniqueness should be honored and understood.
