Navigating this journey of life is not always easy. Luckily, you don't have to go it alone. Therapy can help if you are dealing with life transitions, grief/loss, relationship or family issues, general stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, or coping with past trauma. I have over 10 years' experience using evidence-based treatments to support others in these areas. I earned my education and training at the University of Michigan and in federal service working for the Veteran's Health Administration.
I consider it an honor and a privilege to develop trusting relationships with my clients, then teach them the tools and skills they need to live happier, more fulfilling lives. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative. You are the expert on your life. You set your goals, and we work toward them together!
I strive to create a safe, welcoming atmosphere where you can openly share thoughts and feelings, talk about your dreams and goals, be unashamed to cry, and maybe even laugh a little. I accept clients age 13 up; individuals, parents, and families. All racial and gender identities welcome.
