I have experience working with people who have been challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, identity issues, feelings of isolation, relationship issues, communication difficulties, adjustment to life's major changes such as divorce, marriage, recent addition or loss to a family, child rearing and parenting issues, and school related issues.
I strongly believe in therapy being a place where a person is supported rather than judged. I believe a person should be fully listened to, and collaborated with to identify changes that are right for them. I see adults and teens ages 17 and up.
