I only have availability for trauma intensives. I have been a clinical mental health therapist for over 15 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, and major mental illness. I utilize evidenced-based practices specific to the presenting problem, ages, and stages of the client. These include but are not limited to EMDR, CBT/DBT, play therapy, family therapy, narrative therapy, progressive counting, client-focused, and strength based therapy. I am passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and difficulties so that they can reach their full potential.
My specialty is treating trauma symptoms that interfere with every day functioning for children, adolescents, adults and families with evidence based practices. As a result they can feel happy, confident and have decreased post traumatic symptoms. I am currently offering EMDR trauma intensives on some Fridays. This is not covered by insurance.
I continue to learn and study evidence based practices to add to my clinical skills. I treat each client as an individual and will explore with clients what will be most helpful and thus successful for their individual and/or family treatment.
