I enjoy working with clients to help change their self-defeating patterns whether it's individuals whose patterns keep them from finding a love relationship or couples whose patterns prevent them from having truly intimate and caring relationships.
I have been trained in many therapeutic models and now have an eclectic style, using whatever approach my experience tells me would work best with each client.
I have trained extensively in marriage and family therapy, psychodynamic and cognitive therapy . I have also trained in EMDR, NLP, and coaching.
