I use a holistic approach with emphasis on Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy .
My specialty is working with men and woman with eating disorders. I believe in full recovery and utilize a team approach. It is important for clients to accept the eating disorder thoughts as unhealthy and move towards the goal of feeling productive and connected.
