Experience working with older adolescents/young adult, college age, general mental health, adjustment disorder, eating disorders, anxiety, depression. I have 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. I work within a multi disciplinary approach for each individual who has other members of their team. I communicate with providers as needed on a regular basis. I use a dialectical behavioral approach as well as a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment.
My experience is unique as I have many years experience helping clients and families navigate complex mental healthcare systems. I partner collaboratively with all mental health providers and have strong collaborative relationships with psychiatrists. I have experience working with various mental health levels of care.
