With a Doctorate in Psychology and more than 20 years clinical experience, I will work in a collaborative way to help you understand the nature of the problems in your life and to set forth your goals for moving forward. Almost like a coach training an athlete, I will help you take a small series of steps, practice them as you might an exercise, and develop those muscles until you possess the skill and mastery to make the changes you need to create a better and more fulfilling life.
