I bring a humanist approach to my practice, combining narrative therapy with cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. I work with you to continue your healing path in a way that makes sense to you. My treatment style conforms to you, as each individual is unique.
Particular specialties include substance or process abuse, including issues like eating disorders, internet addiction, alcohol and drug abuse. These issues need not be a source of unnecessary self hatred or shame. I work with men and women, teens, and couples, both gay and heterosexual. You bring a desire and willingness to change.

Mindfulness-Based Eating for Women
This group focuses on what is happening when disordered eating occurs, rather than why it's happening. Emotional underpinnings of behaviors are addressed through bringing present-moment awareness to body sensations, breath, thoughts and feelings. Learning to trust your body/mind's wisdom, intuition, and ability to heal, we work with the support of the group to unburden past habitual responses on the deepest level. I bring respect, compassion, and caring combined with awareness and a grounded humor. All you need is a curiosity and desire to change. This group is for adult women only.
