I work with individuals, couples and families looking for understanding, safety and connection in their lives. Whether the difficulty and pain you experience comes from trauma, neglect, abandonment or relationship conflict I believe you have the capacity and right to heal, feel good and live a good life; and that you can! I've worked with people recovering from childhood neglect, sexual and emotional abuse and the lack of connection that comes from preoccupied, distant, disconnected and or self absorbed parents. I'm constantly amazed at the power of this work.
I now do only treatment Intensives: three to five days with an individual or couple to make major steps quickly so you can get on with your life. A five day intensive is a year of work: no more getting to the core of what you want to talk about and the hour is up. We have time to process trauma and neglect. Most people notice a difference in two days.
I'm experienced in several attachment and trauma-informed therapies: EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Image Transformation Therapy.
