I bring judgement-free compassion and over 15 years of clinical experience in substance use and mental health treatment to help navigate the difficult terrain of addiction. I also work with families to help them identify their own recovery, learn how to communicate with and support their loved one while maintaining healthy boundaries.
I use evidence-based techniques such as Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and access to MAT (medically assisted treatment) and I'm part of a trusted network of doctors and clinicians. I also offer mandated DUI Counseling for MA and other states.
