Jessica Caira is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience in the field. She specializes in assisting teens and adults with stress and anxiety management, identity issues, life transitions, and relationship issues, but Jessica also has a particular interest in working with older teens and young adults in navigating their transition to adulthood.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. Her approach to therapy is strength-based, solution-focused, and client-centered. She believes in adding skills, building insight, and enhancing your sense of identity to help you cope with your most difficult times.
