I am here to help you access and recruit the inherent strength and fortitude of your own healing capacity. I remain curious in my practice and use interactive approaches that increase self-compassion and help you strike the balance between acceptance and change. I see adolescents and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting, and perhaps coping with the aftermath of traumatic life events or losses.
My training has focused on the delivery of evidence-based treatment approaches with an emphasis on adherent Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My work is heavily informed by the leading principles of DBT.
I have extensive background and training in the areas of Ayurveda, Yoga, and meditation. I offer tools that promote spiritual exploration and movement towards radical self-acceptance.
