By using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive and play therapy, my experience extends to multiple contexts, including treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD, and post traumatic stress. I work with children, adults, and families through domestic violence, divorces, and adoptions, and conduct individual/group sessions.
