Often people are not aware of a different way of relating, and I offer insight to open up healthier ways of living that bring satisfaction, respect and hope. The most courageous people I know are my clients, and together we find freedom from obstacles and paths to new ways of living.
I began my career 39 years ago in psychiatric hospitals. From there, I became a Marriage & Family Therapist, and have treated persons with various emotional/psychological/spiritual issues. Over the years, my passion and expertise are to help persons become more fully who they were created to be--whole.
What makes my practice special, is the clinical relationship that we develop. It is a combination of wisdom/clinical expertise and our joint commitment to change. I also supervise therapists who are committed to doing excellent work. These therapists are skilled clinicians whose hearts hold hope and compassion.
