Jihan Sims is a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who holds a MSW in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work with a concentration on clinically focused treatment, and a BA in communications with a concentration in Organizational Communication from San Francisco State University. Originally from Los Angeles California, Jihan has worked in a wide range of clinical settings, such as agencies serving homeless individuals and rehabilitation programs, psychiatric hospital, emergency room, in home therapy and private practice.

Holly received her undergraduate degree from Corban College in Psychology and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College and Seminary. Holly is certified in Brainspotting and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has been trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for marriage counseling and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD.
