I have counseled for over 19 years and have found that, as individuals reflect on their lives, it seems as if the story they are living, is not the story they had hoped to find themselves in. I have experience workings with individuals, families, and couples. I help those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse related concerns, eating disorders, relationship issues, parenting, and spiritual issues to name only a few.
I practice from an attachment, interpersonal neurobiological, and narrative centered space. In essence, this is a bio/psycho/social/spiritual model. I believe that this comprehensive approach serves to benefit the whole client, focusing on the true problem and not simply the symptoms of the problem.
