¡Hola! Por favor llámame Yaro. Soy un consejero licenciado en salud mental y tengo un doctorado en psicología. También soy profesor y conferencista en temas clínicos y de trauma. Es una decisión difícil buscar terapia. Mi papel como terapeuta es participar en la curación de heridas, restaurar la esperanza y crear un significado cómodo a partir del estrés o las experiencias dolorosas. Si está luchando con algo personal pasado / actual o quizás con la familia / matrimonio / hijos / relaciones, puedo ayudar. Me apasiona mi trabajo con niños y adultos. Ayudarle a superar lo que le estresa en su vida es un regalo con el que fui bendecida y lo que ofrezco a mis clientes todos los días. Si sufres de ansiedad, depresión, la autoestima baja, eres sobrevivientes de relaciones violentas o abusivas o cualquiera emocion negativa ahora estas en el lugar correcto. Personalmente, sé lo difícil que puede ser buscar desesperadamente ayuda de calidad y encontrar a alguien, solo para luego descubrir que no son aptos para ayudarlo.
