現代の生活リズムはとても早く、毎日の生活に追われ、ストレス源も多く、自分の心の声に耳を傾けることは忘れられがちです。心の疲れや不調は、うつや不安、パニック、不眠、過食、慢性的な体の不調といったさまざまな形をとって現れます。ひとりで悩まず、心の中の思いをカウンセラーに話していくことで、抑えこんでいた感情が徐々に吐き出され、混乱していた思考が整理されていきます。
