Therapy in the animal environment paired with slowing down, attuning nervous systems, and exploring somatic and mindfulness tools allows you to experience deep nervous system regulation, quieting your mind, and increasing your brain-body connection thus unwinding stress, anxiety and trauma. Individuals leave sessions feeling seen, heard, and understood.

LEAD: A Therapeutic Group for Youth
LEAD empowers youth to discover an increased sense of calm, connection, and confidence within themselves and in their relationships. This interactive and collaborative group focuses on building your child’s resilience through a creative, holistic, and innovative approach. LEAD provides the perfect opportunity to revitalize their internal balance, motivation, and confidence through intentional connection with nature, animals, and peers.
