We can also work to address the resulting depression and anxiety you face. I am an EMDR consultant and have attended conferences, and trainings. I am happy to have had over 1,000 hours of experience at an inpatient trauma treatment center in Arizona. I interfaced with leaders in the fields of Adult Children of Alcoholics, and Codependency. LGBTQ+ welcome.
I am now an approved consultant in EMDR. My book is titled "365 Days A Guide To Healing, Improving Relationships, And Spiritual Growth."
