I am a CSAT specializing in trauma and addiction as well as sexuality and intimacy issues. My unique style treats emotional discomfort and pain as avenues for self-discovery and personal growth. As a somatic therapist, I believe true healing comes from creating alignment between body, mind, and soul. I create an integrative treatment plan that is adjusted to the uniqueness of each individual, providing referrals for collaborative services when appropriate.I utilize Mindfulness, Meditation, Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Emotional Focused and Dialectical Behavioral approach to help patients manage negative behaviors, increase overall functioning, and gain control over their lives.
By focusing on breath or sensation in the body, one can separate thoughts from feelings, which can be hugely beneficial in addressing certain emotions. I offer compassion, strength, and hope to enable you to create the life you have always longed for.

Those who have experienced challenges in relationships with friends, dating partners, and/or family members are ideal for this group. The group will explore how relationship patterns develop and how to take charge of resolving conflicts, seeking healthy relationships, and recognizing when to set boundaries. We will explore attachment styles and how the dynamics in one's family of origin affect the way they show up in current relationships and examine patterns or narratives that are no longer helpful.
