With 18 years of experience, I specialize in working with women's issues - from women in their 20's, facing dating challenges and life transitions, navigating life in a new career and post college, to helping women of all ages with anxiety/depression/stress. Motherhood and parenting are passions of mine, and I excel in assisting women in managing the emotional hurdles they encounter within themselves, and their relationships with friends and spouses.

I utilize therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), equipping you with practical skills and coping strategies for managing life's stressors. I love to incorporate Christian faith in therapy, if that is important to you.
