As a marriage and family, therapist, I specialize in relationships, communication, and parenting. I have spent the majority of my career working in children’s mental health with many challenging and complex situations and families. I particularly enjoy coaching parents in developing skills, and identifying strategies, that make parenting more effective.
I always welcome the opportunity to work with parents, families and couples under stress. Let's face it: aren't we all? No situation is beyond hope; my clients leave our sessions with real insight and tools with which to move forward. I believe in building on your strengths and "keeping it positive."
