Many of my clients have are engaged in a healing and recovery process from their struggles, but desire a deeper dive into their recovery and understanding of self. Life is not always easy. Anxiety, depression, addiction, conflict, major life changes such as the death of a loved one, entering college, divorce, etc., and everyday stressors can result in loneliness, anger, compulsiveness, and a feeling of hopelessness. Somethings can be so sensitive or difficult we cannot talk to those who are involved.
