I have extensive experience in working with individuals struggling with grief, self esteem and body image issues, relationship conflicts, and survivors of trauma. I have been trained as a Grief Specialist. In addition, I am trained in EMDR, which is one of the most efficient and effective treatments for trauma and PTSD.
