I am a strengths based therapist. I am interested in working with clients who are able to set their own agenda and goals. I am pragmatic, it is important for clients to be able to function in the here and now, therefore our work will aid you with how you are living your life today.
I am experienced in working with adults in situations with their partners, in families (adult families and families with children), and as indivduals. I also work with adolescents and their families for lasting change.
I am trained as a family therapist, together we look at clients' lives in the environments where they live, socialize, and work. In addition, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, relationship therapy, and attachment work.
