Counseling, or therapy, is considered a collaborative, cooperative, problem-solving process, actively involving both the client and counselor, to bring about emotional or behavioral change. Counseling is a proactive and healthy way to manage life stress, work through trauma, develop coping skills, improve behavior, communication and more. As a private practice counseling group, our goal is to help.

We use a variety of therapeutic techniques with a focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), with a client centered and solution focused approach. We work with adolescents, individuals, couples and families. We also provide Rapid Trauma Resolution treatment for people who are impacted by by any type of trauma, anxiety, grief or addiction.

Trauma Resolution Specialist. Our trauma resolution treatment can provide marked lessening of PTSD symptoms with only 1-3 sessions.
